What is my client number?

Your client number is 8 characters long and can be viewed on the upper left hand side of your screen from within your account. You need to be logged into your account in order to see your client number.

Where is available? is currently available to UK residents and enables outbound payments to over 200 destinations. We expect to expand our geographic reach in the future.

How do I get started with

We have designed the signup process to be as simple as possible. In most cases, you should be able to sign up by providing your personal details such as full name, date of birth and residential address.

In some cases, we may ask you to upload documents in order to confirm your details. In this case, you will be asked to upload documents electronically during the signup process.

How much can I transfer with

You can transfer any amount between £150/$175/€170 and £100,000/$100,000/€100,000. If you need to send larger transfers, please contact us at .

What currencies can I purchase or sell?

Our platform allows you to sell 3 currencies (British Pounds, Euros and US Dollars) and purchase more than 26 currencies. You can send money to over 200 destinations. A full list of currencies that are available for purchase is listed below:

What rate will I get?

Our exchange rates are determined by the foreign exchange markets. We earn revenue by charging a mark-up above the exchange rates that we receive in the wholesale market. Given that exchange rates continuously fluctuate in the live foreign exchange market, your rate will only be fixed once you confirm your booking.

You can only book transfers during weekdays when the live foreign exchange market is active. Weekend trading is not currently available. Our Trading Hours can be found in FAQ 'What are the trading hours for'.

How do I create a transfer?

After providing your personal details, simply follow the remaining steps in the application in order to create a payment.

In order to create a payment you’ll need to provide us with a few details, including:

  • The recipient’s personal details
  • The recipient’s bank account details
  • The amount and currency that you wish to purchase

After providing us with these details, you can book the transfer. Once the transfer is booked, your exchange rate is locked in and the next step is to send us a payment in order to settle your transaction.

What beneficiary details do I need in order to send a transfer?

In order to send a transfer, you need to provide us with details such as:

  • The recipient’s personal details: Full name, address
  • The recipient’s bank account details (varies by country): Account number, Bank country, IBAN and/or SWIFT/BIC details

What is an IBAN number?

An IBAN, or International Bank Account Number, is an international standard for bank account numbers that facilitates cross-border payments. An IBAN is used across the EU, and in other countries such as Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Hungary.

An IBAN, which contains a maximum of 34 alphanumeric characters, is structured as follows:

  • Home country code: two letters representing the home country of the account
  • Control key: two letters that are a control key
  • Bank account number: A maximum of 30 alphanumeric characters that identify the bank and the account number

The validity of the IBAN you enter when creating a transfer is checked automatically. If there is an error, you will be notified from within the interface.

What is a SWIFT/BIC code?

A BIC, or Bank Identifier Code, is used to uniquely identify a bank. A BIC helps facilitate cross-border payments. BIC is administered by SWIFT, a means of facilitating international payments.

A SWIFT/BIC code, which contains either 8 or 11 letter, is structured as follows:

  • Bank code: four letters that represent the bank name
  • Country code: two letters that represents the bank country
  • Location code: two alphanumeric characters that represent the bank’s head office
  • Branch code (optional): three alphanumeric characters for the branch code. “XYZ” is used for the head office

How do I send a payment to in order to settle my transfer?

Pending transfers can be settled by bank transfer or online debit card. Note that online debit payments are only available for smaller transfers. maintains bank accounts with large and well-known banks in the U.K. Our account details will be provided to you once you have confirmed your transaction.

In order to complete the transfer, you must send us the full amount by the settlement time and date. You will receive detailed instructions both on-screen and via email.

When will send my transfer?

Your funds will be sent after you have fully settled your transfer. While in most cases the transfer is sent out on the same day we receive your payment, it may take up to 2 days depending on the destination of your transfer and the currency you have purchased.

Once your transfer has been sent, you will be notified via email. This information is also available inside your user account under the Status column.

How do I know if has sent my transfer?

In most cases, the recipient will receive your transfer by the expected delivery date which is communicated to you on-screen and via email.

How do I amend the recipient details?

You cannot amend the recipient details if the recipient is associated with a pending transfer. If you made a mistake when booking your transfer and need to change the recipient details, please contact us at

If you are looking to update the recipient’s details with respect to a transfer that is not yet booked, please delete the recipient and then create a new recipient from within the interface.

How do I cancel a transfer that I have booked?

You cannot cancel a transfer using the interface. Please contact us ( in order to cancel a transfer.

Can I settle my transfer using third-party funds?

You cannot settle a transfer using third-party funds. All transfers must be settled using a bank account or online debit card in your name. Please contact us at for more details.

What do I do if the recipient has not received the transfer?

In most cases, the recipient will receive the transfer by the expected delivery date. Sometimes a transfer can be delayed by an additional one or two business days beyond the expected delivery date.

If the recipient has not received the funds by the expected time, please contact us at and we will investigate the issue.

Why did the recipient not receive the full amount of the transfer?

While we always send the full amount of the transfer that you book, sometimes there are unforeseen intermediary fees. This is particularly true for transfers to more exotic locations. As these fees are deducted automatically by intermediary banks, has no control over these charges. Thus these charges will not be reimbursed to you.

What are the trading hours for is available to take international payments orders from 6 am BST on Mondays till 10 pm BST on Fridays (apart from 10 pm to 11:30 pm BST every night when liquidity is limited with our trading partners). Please be aware that we do not provide weekend trading, however you can still open an account and pay for a booked trade. You can place your order with us when markets open on Monday from 6am BST.
