You’re able to make international payments using ForeignExchange.com from Monday to Friday 06:00 – 22.00 GMT and 23.30 - 06.00 GMT, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please note: you’re able to register and pay for a booked trade with ForeignExchange.com over weekends and bank holidays but we cannot accept new orders outside of the hours above.
ForeignExchange.com can help with transferring money abroad for your holiday or travel needs, but we do not handle cash requirements at all.
We do not have a mobile app at the moment, but our product is fully-optimised to work on mobile browsers. 60% of our customers use us via a mobile device already.

Firstly, be assured that your transfer is not confirmed yet. Sometimes transfers go into manual review. When they do, we review the information you have provided and will let you know shortly when you can continue and confirm your trade/transfer.
